Sedum

This is yet another plant I got by exchanging cuttings with fellow collectors in Melaka. It seem to produce some fine reddish-looking aerial roots. I maintain one or two in my collection.

If Sedums are not given enough water, their leaves become thin and sparse. They look much better when fat with water. So the trick is to provide a moist enough condition. Beware of algae, though!

The aerial roots can be more clearly seen in these two pictures (above).
